Terms of Use

Using the site

GoProgs Games is free and provided for casual play in your browser. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Please do not misuse the site, try to disrupt it, or send automated traffic that affects availability for others.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics. The Privacy Policy explains its analytics cookies and the minimal usage events we send. The first-visit notice is informational, not a consent control.

By using GoProgs Games, you accept these Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy explains how Analytics and cookies are used, how browser saves and online rooms work, and how to manage cookies in your browser.

Online play

Rooms in Rung are shared with other people. Choose a display name that is appropriate, and do not use rooms to harass or impersonate anyone.

Your scores and progress

Scores, settings and saved games live in your browser. They can be lost if you clear your browser data, switch device or browser, or when a game is updated. We do not keep backups of them.

Content and ownership

The site, its games and artwork belong to GoProgs unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to play them for personal, non-commercial use.

Availability

Games may change, move or be removed. We try to keep things working, but the site is provided as-is, without a promise of uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
